Born in Fairfax County, Virginia, W. Scott Greco concentrates in securities litigation and arbitration and is currently admitted to practice in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. He received his B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia in 1991 and his J.D. from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 1994. Mr. Greco regularly appears as a guest lecturer at Georgetown Law School on the topic of FINRA securities arbitrations and lectures fellow attorneys in continuing legal education classes. He is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association.Working in the firm's McLean, Virginia and Charlottesville, Virginia offices, he is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for Washington, D.C., the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for Colorado, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth and Tenth Circuits and is a member of the Fairfax County, Virginia Bar Association and the McLean Bar Association. Mr. Greco represents individual and corporate clients across the country in investor/stock broker arbitration and litigation.
