Luke J. Nichols has successfully defended hundreds of drivers in Virginia. He is well known for his expertise in DUI/DWI defense, reckless driving defense, and other traffic issues. Luke Nichols is one of the few attorneys in Virginia who has undergone the NHTSA based law enforcement training for DUI detection and the Standardised Field Sobriety Tests (SFST).
