She has extensive trial experience litigating complex equitable distribution tracing cases, relocation and international custody cases, protective order cases, abuse and neglect cases, and school law related matters. She also has extensive experience in representing individuals in school meetings and administrative proceedings, which include but are not limited to special education, in state tuition appeals, student discipline, and school employment matters. Ms. McIntyre-Yurkovich also routinely serves as counsel for those seeking guardianship and/or conservatorship of an incapacitated adult. In addition, she has been certified as a Guardian ad litem for incapacitated adults in guardianship, conservatorship, and family law matters. Ms. McIntyre-Yurkovich has also taken the qualification course to be a Guardian ad litem for children.
