My law practice is devoted almost exclusively to appeals and writ proceedings in civil cases. Although I can handle an appeal in any California state or federal appellate court, my law practice has focused upon appeals in the state Sixth District Court of Appeal in San Jose. The Pacific Law Journal published three of my articles on the Sixth District. In each article, I analyzed the court?s published opinions in civil cases over a three-year period.
