Chad Cooper was born in Fernandina Beach, Florida, but moved to Rutherfordton, North Carolina, where he was raised. Upon graduating Summa Cum Laude from Gardner-Webb University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Chad was accepted to Elon Law School and was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship.
