Wisconsin native, Collin Mettelka, grew up in Green Bay. His mother is a public school teacher at Doty Elementary School and his father is the owner and operator of Jaymar Screen Printers, Inc. Although Collin grew up in Green Bay, the Mettelka family has been part of the Vilas County community since 1938, when his Great-Great Grandfather, John J. Mettelka, built a cabin in Plum Lake, Wisconsin.
