A Minnesota native, William Bongard grew up traveling the world as the son of a professional foreign service worker. His entire 37-year career in has been spent at the law firm of SiebenCarey representing Minnesotans when they experience accidental injury. William is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also state certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Most recently, William was selected as a 2019 Super Lawyers honoree. In 2008, he was selected by Minnesota Lawyer as one of 15 Attorneys of the Year. This award is reserved for a select group of attorneys who distinguish themselves with their exemplary work. Honorees are chosen by a panel from the nominations submitted based on procuring a successful result in an important case or business transaction; demonstrated leadership in professional associations; participation in newsworthy events in the legal community; and performing significant public services or in-house legal services. During his career, William has recovered millions of dollars in damages for people injured on the road, at work, and at home.
