Wesley is a native of Chester County. He attended Bishop Shanahan High School and graduated in 2002. He went on to attend West Chester University but then decided to transfer to Penn State University and graduated with a Bachelor?s degree in Political Science in 2006. After graduation, Wesley, decided to go to work in the construction industry. During this time, Wesley contemplated attending law school. With the encouragement of his (later to become) wife, Elena, he decided to attend law school, his real passion. In 2008, Wesley and Elena moved to Massachusetts. Wesley enrolled at the New England School of Law. He graduated from NESL in 2011. Wesley is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Chester County Bar Association, and Delaware County Bar Association.
