Tim started his private practice in Southern Utah in order to be more involved with his clients. Tim earned the following degrees from Brigham Young University: BS, Geography; Master's of Public Administration (MPA); Juris doctorate (JD). In law school he was a senior editor for the Education & Law Journal. After law school he served 6 years on active duty with the Air Force JAG Corps before opening his private practice here in Southern Utah.
