A large percentage of my clients are government and corporate employees who have been good stewards of their earnings. Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Most Estate Plans and wills are flat fees based on the complexity of the matter. Will packages for parents with young children start at $1250. Complete trust packages are usually priced between four to five thousand dollars. Probate fees can be based on the estate size and limited to the fees allowed by the Courts. My estate administrator handles many of the details of probate and allows our firm to provide personalized, cost effective administration. All appointments require a $150 fee that is a credit toward retained work.
