Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin since 1984, Stephanie G. Rapkin also went on to obtain an LL.M. in taxation. She has written two tax and estate planning books for Lexis Nexis, one of the largest legal publishing houses in the world. She had taught both continuing legal education courses in estate planning and tax for practicing attorneys and university courses in probate law and business law.
