Sonya Tien is a strategic litigation, corporate and IP attorney. She was recognized as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers 2020 and her articles have been published by the Wall Street Lawyer and Practising Law Institute.Before founding Tien Law Firm, Ms. Tien practiced law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson with a focus on corporate transactions, corporate compliance, SEC & DOJ enforcement, real estate, and commercial litigation, where she assisted in representing a variety of real estate and bank clients, such as Bank of America, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Oppenheimer, CBRE, and Tishman Speyer.
