Mr. Haggmark received his Juris Doctorate from the New York Law School and his degree in Political Science from the Sonoma State University. He is admitted to the New Jersey State Bar, the New York State Bar. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Labor and Employment Law section of the New Jersey State Bar. Mr. Haggmark's practice is limited to employment and labor law, family law, and real estate law. He has extensive experience in these fields and has represented numerous employees that have been wrongfully terminated in violation of the N.J. Law Against Discrimination due to their age, race, gender, sexual preference, pregnancy, religion, disability and other protected classes as well as victims of sexual harassment and whistleblowers demoted or terminated in violation of the N.J.
