Attorney Isla earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Franciscan University of Steubenville in 1989, followed by his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1992. He served in the United States Army Reserve, as a member of the Board of Advisors at the Franciscan University of Steubenville, a member of Board for the Weirton Area Chamber of Commerce, Weirton Heights Rotary, Jefferson County Kiwanis Board, and the United Way Board.
