Richard J. Steinmetz, Jr. is a partner at The Law Offices of Baldwin, Briscoe & Steinmetz, P.C. He joined the firm after seven years of working with Andrews, Bongar, Gormley & Clagett, P.A. in Waldorf, Maryland. Mr. Steinmetz primarily focuses on civil and criminal litigation with an emphasis in personal injury, business and real estate property disputes. Mr. Steinmetz grew up in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. He attended East Stroudsburg University where he earned a Bachelor?s of Arts in Political Science in 1998. After graduating from East Stroudsburg University, Mr. Steinmetz moved to Washington D.C. He attended the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 2001.
