Randall Brett is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York and before the Federal District Court in New Jersey. His practice areas include employment law, business formation, corporate governance, negotiation of commercial agreements, mediation, and civil and criminal litigation. Known for his problem solving abilities, Mr. Brett has litigated complex commercial matters, successfully defended individuals in court and has represented clients in a wide variety of business negotiations. He has achieved significant recoveries for clients who have been wrongfully terminated or suffered from discriminatory treatment. Mr. Brett received his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University and has a Masters of Management (MBA) degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School. His Bachelor of Arts degree is from the University of Illinois. Randall Brett is on the adjuct faculty of Rutgers University School of Law, where he teaches Employment Law Litigation. He also speaks on various legal issues before business and education groups. Prior to forming his practice, Randall Brett was an associate with a major New Jersey labor law firm. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brett was Vice President Human Resources for multinational corporations in several industries, often playing a key role in international operations. He has been a senior executive in two human resources consulting companies. In addition to his own law practice, Randall Brett is Special Counsel to Fulginiti and Associates LLC, where he is responsible for litigation, general business matters and employment law representation.
