I believe clients want to know what they are paying for and what it will cost in advance. Rather than bill by the hour, as lawyers traditionally do, I have set up my practice to charge flat fees. Fees are set out at the beginning of the representation and paid in full, up front. They will vary by the task and its complexity, so there is no fixed price list. As my client, you will always know the cost of the service before we begin. Any additional costs will be laid out clearly in the Agreement for Representation.
