Rahman Popal is an associate at Tobener Ravenscroft. Mr. Popal earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law graduating in the top quarter of his class. He was a member of the Moot Court Board and earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award. After graduating, Mr. Popal served as a Human Rights Advocates Fellow, representing detained undocumented immigrants. He has successfully represented tenants in landlord harassment, wrongful eviction, and habitability cases. He recently co-authored the article, "Costa Hawkins and the future of rent control in California" in the Daily Journal.
