Summary
For many years I served in the criminal Justice field as a police officer, police chief, criminal justice planner and adjunct collage instructor in police science, law and criminology, teaching at six community colleges and universities. I have been married for 49 years and have four children, one of whom is an attorney who practiced with me for ten years and now maintains her offices beside mine. I have been in a private practice in a small town for 39 yrs. I prepare wills and trusts, handle elder law, guardianship and conservatorship matters. My hourly rate is $250.00 and I see clients only by appointment.
