Nathaniel A. Elmore was born in Granite City, Illinois. He received his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2014. After graduating from SIU Law he clerked for the Williamson County Public Defender?s Office, where he assisted in all stages of murder, felony, and misdemeanor trial practice, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.After leaving the public defender?s office Nathaniel returned to Madison County, Illinois, and began working with a Family Law focused firm. There he became accustomed to high asset divorce and complex litigation, handling cases such as divorce, custody, visitation, child support, the division of assets, and guardianship matters. He left the firm to start his own practice where he practiced family law, criminal law, civil suits, and negotiation.
