Nat Clarkson has been of counsel to the Arizona office of Lockhart Park, LLP since its inception. Mr. Clarkson has spent much of his life and working career in the greater Phoenix area and is fluent in Spanish. He received his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University's Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law where he served as an Articles Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. Mr. Clarkson?s legal career began with two of the most prominent law firms in Arizona, where he was trained in, among other things, commercial litigation and construction litigation. Because of his life-long experience in the construction industry, Mr. Clarkson provides a common sense approach in his representation of the firm?s business clients in construction disputes and commercial litigation matters. He and Managing Partner Bob Lockhart aggressively defend the firm?s clients through arbitration and trial in both state and federal courts throughout Arizona.
