My area of practice is mostly limited to DUI / OVI defense. I have also represented clients with criminal charges for misdemeanors and felonies, as well as many types of traffic infraction and driver's license problem. I am licensed to practice in Ohio and KY as well as Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Having completed NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and Advanced Roadside Impaired Driver Enforcement (ARIDE) training for detection of drug and alcohol impaired drivers gives me insight into how police decide to make their arrests as well as a perspective on any mistakes or deviations from training the police make during their interactions with my clients.
