Note to Potential Clients: to become a client of the firm you must sign an engagement letter and submit a retainer amount to be determined based on the facts and circumstances of your legal matter. I typically charge $250 per hour for my legal services and may offer a discount depending on the nature of your business. I am currently charging $1200 in attorneys fees for filing federal trademark applications. This does not include a $325 USPTO filing fee per class. Depending on the nature of the business and legal matter I may be able to adjust any of my fees to accommodate clients.
