Mr. Kurkowski is a trial lawyer whose main practice is in the areas of employment and labor law, civil rights law, and criminal law. Mr. Kurkowski was formerly a Prosecutor, where he had a stellar trial record. Mr. Kurkowski now specializes in trial and litigation of discrimination cases (NJLAD), medical leave issues (FMLA and NJFLA), whistleblower retaliation (CEPA), sexual harassment, unemployment appeals, disciplinary hearings and other wrongful terminations and adverse employment actions in violation of the law. Mr. Kurkowski represents the accused in all criminal matters, whether a minor municipal infraction to the most serious of crimes and indictable offenses.Mr. Kurkowski is a proud member the New Jersey State Bar. He is also a member of the Camden and Cape May Bar Associations and the trial lawyers' association, The New Jersey Association for Justice.
