I keep my overhead low so that I am able to provide competent legal assistance for fees lower than big law firms. I put my masters in tax law degree to use in my practice which focuses on estate planning and probate law, where I was recognized in 2008 and 2009 as a Super Lawyer-Rising Star in Kansas and Missouri, taxation, business law and traffic/DUIs. Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
My current hourly rate is $150.00 to $175.00 per hour for probate law. My current hourly rate for business and tax law is $200.00 per hour. My flat fee rate for traffic tickets is $150.00. I have flat fee rates for estate planning ranging from $300 to $2,500 depending on the complexity of the estate plan. My flat fee rate for a step-parent adoption is $750.00. I require a $1,750.00 retainer for litigation cases.
