The greatest satisfaction in my work is helping my clients get disability benefits that they so obviously deserve. Through illness, injury or accident, something now keeps them from working at an age below retirement, and since 1988 I have been zealously representing cases before the Social Security Administration and Federal Court (District Courts in Nebraska and Iowa and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals). In addition, I also advocate for disability claims before the VA, assist clients in estate planning, and also family members and clients in probate. I have received an AV® rating by Martindale-Hubbell® Law Directory. An AV® certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment ? a testament to the fact that a lawyer?s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.
