He is an assistant professor of Pharmacy Law at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences College of Pharmacy and also lectures on pharmacy law at Harding University College of Pharmacy. Mr. O?Quinn is admitted to practice before all Arkansas state and federal courts, including the Arkansas Supreme Court, The United States District Courts of Arkansas, and the United States Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
