I received my Juris Doctor Degree (law degree) from the Denver University College of Law in 2002. While in law school, I served on the DU Law Review. Since 2002, I have successfully prosecuted thousands of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases. I'm an active member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA), as well as a regular speaker and lecturer at Continuing Legal Education bankruptcy seminars, where I instruct and counsel other bankruptcy attorneys concerning complicated aspects of bankruptcy law. I'm admitted to practice law in the great State of Colorado and the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
