After serving in the U.S. Navy where I first became interested in becoming a lawyer, I worked in the Colorado Attorney General's Office where I prosecuted professional licensees for professional malpractice and negligence claims. I then became a Prosecutor in Hawaii where I prosecuted alleged criminals on Oahu. Afterwards I moved back to Denver where I now practice criminal, DUI/DUID and professional malpractice defense, I assist victims of motor vehicle accidents, and handle employee Worker's Compensation claims and draft Estate Planning documents for my clients.

Contingent Fees
In Personal Injury cases my contingency fee is generally 33 1/3% of the gross recovery; in Worker's Compensation claims my contingency fee is 20% of the gross recovery.

In other cases I charge either on a flat, on an hourly fee basis or a combination of the two.
