He has over 10 years of experience practicing law and over 16 years of professional leadership and management experience. Mark is a veteran of 12 years on active duty in the U.S. Army, including three years in the field artillery, three years in law school under the U.S. Army Funded Legal Education Program, and six years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the William & Mary School of Law, where he teaches courses on Technology-Augmented Trial Advocacy and is a Managing Director of the Veterans Benefits Clinic.
