Lynnea Taylor was born and raised in Connecticut. In 1999, she received her B.A. in Mathematics with a minor in Chemistry from Quinnipiac (College) University, Hamden, Connecticut. After relocating to Massachusetts in 2000, she began a career with the pharmaceutical company Merck & Co. In 2007, she received her J.D., cum laude, from New England School of Law, Boston, where she served on the New England Law Review. During her studies, Lynnea turned her attention to constitutional law, ultimately co-authoring, with Lawrence Friedman, the treatise THE MASSACHUSETTS STATE CONSTITUTION (Oxford University Press). Following her graduation, Lynnea served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Justice Karyn Scheier of the Massachusetts Land Court.Before opening Taylor Law as a solo attorney, Lynnea joined the law firm of Blatman, Bobrowski & Mead, LLC. There she served as Town Counsel to a number of municipalities across the Commonwealth and worked with private clients on land use and estate matters.
