Luis A. Ayon, owner, has significant litigation experience in Nevada's state and federal courts and currently focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, and contested matters in real estate litigation and financial institutions litigation. Prior to establishing his solo practice, Luis was a partner at Maier Gutierrez Ayon. His previous experience also includes being an associate at Fox Rothschild where he focused on commercial litigation and contested bankruptcy matters. He has worked for one of the nation's largest plaintiffs' firms where he managed a significant case load involving catastrophic brain and spinal injuries, wrongful death, product liability and insurance bad faith claims. Luis also has the distinction of serving as the first law clerk for Presiding Civil Judge, the Honorable Elizabeth Gonzalez.
