Lindsey was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2006 and the Florida Bar in 2007. Founded in 1987, Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. has over sixty attorneys who concentrate in a variety of areas which include estate planning, asset protection corporate transactions, secured lending, as well as civil and commercial litigation.Lindsey's early career in business and finance and clinically applied neuroscience and neuroeconomics gives her a unique perspective. Lindsey leverages her international studies and work experience with her work on the "Welcome to the United States" program - a comprehensive program of services for Chinese corporations and high net worth individuals.Prior to attending law school, Lindsey studied cognitive restructuring training to maximize intelligence, a part of the evolving science of teachable intelligence. She participated in NASA's Critical Thinking Project from 2001-2004. Lindsey also co-authored Retrain Your Business Brain: Outsmart the Corporate Competition, published by Dearborn Press in 2003. Retrain Your Business Brain has also been published in China, Japan, Korea and Indonesia.
