The focus of my law practice is U.S. Immigration and Nationality Law. i have been licensed for 33 years. I received my Juris Doctorate in 1986 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and my BA from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida in 1983, I studied at Hawaii Loa College in Kaneoi, Hawaii 1979-80, Russian Language Studies at Moscow State University in Moscow Russia in 2001. My Licenses and Memberships: Immigration Courts throughout the United States; Bureau of Immigration Appeals; All Florida criminal courts; All Florida civil courts; Florida Courts of Appeal; Supreme Court of Florida; United States District Court Middle District of Florida (Federal); Former President of the Beaches Bar Association; American Immigration Lawyers Association I started my career in the State Attorney's Office in Broward County, Florida. The State Attorney's Office wasn't for me. I stated practicing criminal defense and incorporated criminal defense into representing immigrants in removal proceedings. I have been pacticing now for 33 years and limit my practice to representing immigrants. My othe activities have been; Pension Trustee for the City of Jacksonville Beach Fire Department, Founding president of a pregnancy center in South Florida, I lived and worked in the former Soviet Union for 6 years. During that time I taught international business. My work included helping students in the writing of business plans and starting business's or finding employment with Western companies. I was also the founding pesident of A Home For Every Heart (AHEH). AHEH was a non profit organization for children. Though AHEH many children were adopted.
