Kevin R. Grebas, Esq., CELA a native of Scranton, Pennsylvania, received his B.S. in Political Science from the University of Scranton and his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Attorney Grebas is a Board Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He is a VA accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation and prosecution of claims for veterans benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has provided training for Pennsylvania Department of Aging care-managers throughout Pennsylvania and frequently speaks to community groups and professional organizations about legal issues affecting the elderly. Attorney Grebas is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and its Elder Law Section; the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association (Luzerne County Bar Association); the Lackawanna Bar Association; the Estate Planning Council of Northeastern Pennsylvania; and serves on the Board of Directors for the NEPA End of Life Coalition.
