Since Mr. Hanratty?s admission to the State Bar of Nevada in 2001, Kevin has focused on individuals who have sustained serious injuries related to accidents as a result of another party?s negligence. After obtaining a scholarship in May 1998, Mr. Hanratty attended Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California. In May 2001, Mr. Hanratty obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree (Cum Laude) from Whittier Law School where he finished in the top 12% of his class of over 200 candidates. Mr. Hanratty also received Whittier Law School?s Intellectual Property Certificate for course work in the areas of Trademarks, Copyrights, Patents, and Trade Secrets. Mr. Hanratty initially worked for a Large Insurance Defense Firm where he concentrated on all aspects of civil litigation including catastrophic personal injury. It was during this time, Mr. Hanratty gained invaluable knowledge of the tactics of large corporate insurance companies in defending personal injury lawsuits.
