Kathleen Pallesen is passionate attorney who finds fulfillment by helping people in times of legal crisis. After moving back to Omaha in 1995, Kathleen became a prosecutor for the Douglas County Attorney's Office. As an attorney in the juvenile division of the county attorney's office, Kathleen created the "Termination Unit," where she exclusively filed and adjudicated all the termination of parental rights cases due to the backlog of children languishing in the Omaha foster care. She also spent time prosecuting adult drug felony cases in the Douglas County Attorney's Office.
