She then attended the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, where she obtained a Masters of Historic Preservation. Julie attended law school at Atlanta?s John Marshall Law School.While in law school, Julie interned as a legal intern for the National Trust for Historic Preservation Washington, D.C. and as a clerk for Justice John A. Manglona of the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, located on Saipan.Julie is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Superior Court of Georgia and the United States Supreme Court.In 2014, Julie received the ?Select Lawyer? award for her practice in Family Law based on her ?reputation within the community and among colleagues and peers, quality of services provided, experience, educational background and continuing educational endeavors, and utilization of best-practice procedures and techniques.?
