Mr. Schwartz's practice has always been focused on the representation of plaintiffs in complex wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury matters, including medical malpractice and products liability. His dedication to the victims of catastrophic injuries goes beyond his efforts in the courtroom. Josh received his law degree from Widener University School of Law, where he received Widener Law's Outstanding Student Service Award and the President's Service Award. While attending law school, Josh served as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert J. Matthews of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.
