John G. HoladayJohn graduated Cum Laude from Mississippi State University with a B.A. degree, major in English. He attended Ole Miss law school and graduated Cum Laude in May of 1994. At Ole Miss law school, John served on the Law Journal Editorial Board, the Moot Court Board and received several scholarships. Immediately after graduation, he began a one year law clerk position with United States District Judge Charles W. Pickering, Sr. After the clerkship, he went to work for Langston Frazer Sweet & Freese. At Langston Frazer, John primarily handled complex civil litigation including but not limited to premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice, commercial fraud and insurance bad faith cases. John left Langston Frazer amicably in April of 1998 and opened his own law firm. John was the managing member of his own multi-lawyer firm from April of 1998 until June of 2010. In June of 2010, he made the decision to have a solo practice and opened Holaday Law Firm, PLLC. At Holaday Law Firm, PLLC, John represents numerous corporations as well as individuals focusing on complex civil litigation and business matters. He also handles domestic, criminal defense and estate matters for select clients. John has been married to Amy Knight Holaday for over twenty-three years and has four children. John and his family attend Pinelake Church in Rankin County, Mississippi, where John has served in numerous leadership positions over the past seventeen years. View More ?
