Jennifer L. Alexander is a Partner of the firm who concentrates a majority of her practice on matters involving New Jersey Landlord-Tenant Law, Community Association Law, and Collections Law. Ms. Alexander similarly represents community associations providing guidance through the transition process from developer control to homeowner control and general counsel for all community association needs. She handles necessary litigation on behalf of community associations including construction defect cases. Ms. Alexander appears before Planning and Zoning Boards in support of community association applications as well as in opposition to developers when an application contains a project contrary to a client?s interests. She also appears in municipal court when a community association is cited for violations. Moreover, Ms. Alexander handles community association loan applications when an association secures a loan or a line of credit. Ms. Alexander also oversees the Collections Department, which works on behalf of community association clients seeking payment of delinquent maintenance fees and charges.
