A native of Columbus, Ohio, Stavroff is the principal at The Stavroff Law Firm, located in the historic Brewery District of Columbus. Stavroff is from the New Albany area and holds a bachelor's in music Berklee College of Music. Stavroff attended the Capital University Law School, where he served on the Law Review Executive Board and graduated with honors. After receiving his juris doctor and passing the Ohio bar exam, he worked in the Columbus City Attorney's Office, serving both the trial unit and the domestic violence unit. During his time at the Columbus City Attorney's Office, Stavroff conducted jury and bench trials, evidentiary hearings, and arraignments while creating lasting connections with judges, other prosecutors, and local law enforcement agencies. Before starting the Stavroff Law Firm, Stavroff worked in a small criminal defense firm, where he focused his practice in OVI (drunk and drugged driving) defense, offenses of violence, offenses involving property, and traffic crimes. Stavroff uses this diverse experience to service his clients in federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies throughout the state of Ohio.In his free time, Stavroff enjoys playing music and spending time with his family, friends, and dog, Avi.
