Jay C. Bianco has over 15 years of legal experience. He concentrates in the areas of estate planning and elder law. He has extensive experience in all aspects of estate planning and elder law, from simple wills and trusts to complex trusts, special needs trusts, long term care planning, Medicaid crisis planning and asset protection. Jay is also very experienced in family, criminal and personal injury law. He has practiced in Rhode Island District, Superior and Family Courts and the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Jay is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts State Courts and Rhode Island Federal Court. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Wealth Counsel and Elder Counsel.
