He serves as Treasurer for the Arizona Association of Lawyers for Injured Workers (AALIW). His also a member of the Bench and Bar committee, comprised of Administrative Law Judges, claimant?s attorneys and defense attorneys, to address issues related to the betterment of the hearing process at the Industrial Commission of Arizona.Javier is Spanish bilingual and served on the Board of Los Abogados, Arizona?s Hispanic Bar Association.
