Jason has been practicing family law and criminal defense for more than a decade, handling all types of dissolution actions ranging from simple to very complex cases. His primary focus is on high conflict custody issues including allegations of sexual and/or physical abuse. Prior to starting his legal career, he was a social worker for ?at risk? children which provided him with the understanding of the non-legal components of such situations. His litigation skills developed during his time spent working at the prosecutor?s office, where he prosecuted many criminal offenses in front of juries and judges. Jason then transitioned into criminal defense, moving from government to private practice.
