Having practiced in various forms and settings for over twenty-five years, including ten years abroad representing international business concerns, I have been deeply involved in numerous areas of the law. Currently, I am a partner at The Katz Law Group, a boutique immigration law firm representing start-ups, multi-nationals and business immigrants. In addition, I represent international business clients based in Israel and other countries with matters including, immigration consequences of mergers and acquisitions, listing on public markets and EB-5 investment green cards. Formerly, I was general counsel to a global hi-tech company, and before that, a senior attorney at an Israeli law firm representing primarily hi-tech NASDAQ and OTCBB listed companies in Israel and the U.S. I have also served as international counsel to an aviation company and as chief legal officer and a member of the board of an OTC medical/dental device manufacturer.
