Gil Carey is an attorney and certified public accountant who focuses his practice on Taxation, Business Law and estate planning, solving business, tax and legal challenges for middle-market, closely-held businesses and their owners. Gil regularly advises clients on tax matters, including personal, business, trust, and estate tax; and represents clients in tax disputes with state and federal tax agencies and in the U.S. Tax Court.
