In addition to being an attorney, Franklin J. Rooks Jr. is also a licensed physical therapist. Mr. Rooks concentrates his legal practice on labor and employment matters, health law, and false claims actions. He has a particular interest in employment disability discrimination relating to the Americans with Disabilities Act, and its state law counterparts.
