Frank Bartela graduated magna cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo) in 2007 with a double major in History and Political Science. While at SUNY Buffalo he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He then graduated cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law with his J.D. in 2011. While at CWRU Frank served as an Articles Editor on the Journal of International Law, received a CALI Award for Excellence for receiving the high score in a class, and participated in the International Law Society. He also served as a Research Assistant for Professor Lewis Katz and was an instructor in the school's Foreign LLM Summer Language and Law Institute where he tutored students in legal writing and taught a course on contracts. After graduating from CWRU Frank joined William T. Whitaker Co., LPA as an Associate Attorney. Frank is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Summit County Bar Association.
