Having practiced immigration law for over the past 8 years, I have the knowledge and experience in a variety of immigration cases, including family-based, investment-based, and employment-based immigration matters. My specific focus of work is on nonimmigrant and immigrant work and investment visas, extraordinary ability petitions, national interest waivers, as well as complex requests for evidence, motions and appeals.
